To formulate the infrastructure which will allow us to implement the goals and objectives of this unique
organization.

To aid, encourage and support the efforts of business women in America and around the world.

To furnish the tools and expertise to prepare, guide and introduce our membership to a roadway of
reliable business and personal connections through a global system of interactive national and
international networking.

To work with governments, both domestic and international, chambers of commerce and other
such entities to assist our members in keeping abreast of new developments, products, laws and
operational policies, enabling them to remain trendsetters on the cutting edge of the business world.

To assist our members in meeting the challenges of the next millennium by positioning them to take
advantage of new techniques and technologies.

To empower women in their quest for personal growth, prosperity, and recognition within the realm of
today's global world, thus allowing them to communicate and transact business easily and successfully
in accordance with the high ethical standards we have set for the Alliance of Business Women
